Android app changes my phone date and time

When I am listing an item I get a notification that my date and time are not correct. I have to restart my phone but it continues. I deleted and reinstalled the app. Still the same issue. Any thoughts or help?

Currently not allowing me to mark an item as dispatched, selected this option refreshes the page. also when creating a listing, the no returns accepted option resets itself to returns accepted in 30 days default automatically when trying to change.
