Android notifications lead to transparent screen

When I receive a notification for either a sale I made on eBay or a listing alert..... Any and all eBay notifications when clicked on in Android 11 justs opens up an invisible see thru  eBay window. All I see is my desktop wallpaper. But you can still drop down the eBay app and then it still shows the wallpaper. If you go to open the eBay app again it just shows an invisible see-through window again. You have to physically close that window and then reopen the eBay app from the icon on my phone.

Thanks for reporting this. Do you happen to know if it is all notifications from ebay? Or just saved search notifications?
