Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

I'm about to sell a PC on eBay. I've encountered several scenarios when the buyer says he never received the item when he did, thus getting it for free. Is there any protection against this?
No option to decline a counteroffer from buyer.
So now there is no option to decline a buyer's counteroffer. Just accept or counter again. That won't work for me. Anyone eelse have these restrictions?

Resolved! Ebay App Filter locks missing on Tablets
On my Samsung galaxy tablet the ability to lock any search filters is now missing so I am constantly having to manually change the defaults for location, newly listed etc. This is a very annoying and restricting "feature ".

eBay app issues lags etc

Filtering options disappeared
