Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

This app has a bug, I can’t find the sell goods button on this app. How to fix this bug?

When I write a message, it appears for the other person but I cannot view it after it is sent. Also, would it be possible to make the dialogue more concise? Reducing the extraneous information and putting the messages in a neat, minimized order?
