I am now and over 2 to 3 weeks of dealing with eBay they knew right away that the address was the wrong address and did nothing about it did not notify the seller they say I put the wrong address and why would I put in Oklahoma when I live in New Mexico I put my address in I saw it somehow the computer changed it I notified the seller but they're late did not work as eBay said I was not a member so they did not accept my messages after complaining for a few days the seller got back to me said well we already shipped it I said well I tried from the moment that I put the order in to notify you and I did contact eBay in less than an hour and talk to them and they did nothing eBay ripped me off. $195 I spent for a product I never have gotten yet I have my bank reported as fraud and they are investigating I have the attorney general's office of New Mexico investigating everyone sees my point eBay is not to be trusted they're guarantee means nothing they lie they do not have a process of service to be able to contact the seller and they are responsible and they will pay one way or the other I have requested several times the legal service here in New Mexico so that I can take them to court and sue them they have not responded to me by law they must give me their legal service address and they have not replied do not trust eBay something happened with this company company. I will never ever use eBay again and I warn anybody to never use eBay they are not to be trusted.

Many people are going to read eBay are sisters protecting Chinese Sellers. eBay new the address was wrong and did nothing. The seller refused to except my emails. eBay so low that they now prevent my history acting like transaction never happened. I have all emails and phone records preserved. I busted the US government for fraud eBay and their Chinese counterparts don't stand a chance and I'm going to get them in court that's what I do.
I'm sure eBay is quaking in their boots. But I'm sure that since you're such a legal dynamo you've actually read the User Agreement you entered into when you joined eBay. You remember, the one that forces legal disputes into binding arbitration?

Im sure Wall Street and the news services are really interested in a two hundred dollar misdelivered purchase on Ebay.

You be surprised what turns people off in Wall Street I was in stock broker for 20 years.

no kidding...

I've been an arbitration settlements so what. I'm sure you know arbitration is part of litigation and many times saves a lot of money that's why we go along with it.

I was a principal in the security industry and it's the same thing going on in nasd but it doesn't mean you don't win let me tell you I've won an arbitration.

Your attitude is the same problem with eBay I think just because it's a big company they can get away with doing whatever they want. There is an actual legal complaint with the attorney general's office and they have been contacting me and gaining information.

That's ridiculous irregardless whoever made the mistake I saw my address I know what state I live in I would not put Oklahoma here regardless there was no ability to correct the mistake immediately afterwards I contacted eBay and talk to him and they wouldn't do anything

Do you not paying attention to the facts it doesn't matter who made the mistake I immediately tried to contact the seller which they would not communicate and when I talk to eBay less than an hour after the transaction on the phone they refuse to do anything so don't tell me about your disclosures and that I made the mistake it doesn't hold water your argument eBay should have corrected this and contacted the seller and they refuse to do it it's eBay's fault. I question how the seller can sell to gas and not provide any link of communication in case there is a problem or question.

"regardless there was no ability to correct the mistake immediately afterwards"
There it is.

Perhaps you aren't aware ... but it is extremely difficult understanding your posts. Your sentences are run on ... you rarely use punctuation ... and you don't explain the problem in a sequential way that one can understand.
If you contacted eBay and the seller in the same manner as you have posted in the Community ... it may be that they didn't understand the problem you are having.
I see that you seem to think that everyone is at fault for your mistake ... but life doesn't work that way. If you have any proof of where the package ended up ... so that the seller is able to get their item back ... you can phone your credit card company and request a chargeback.

Ooooh! Goody Goody! You have started "responding in news services" -- does that mean you are alerting the media to your problems?
There are so many silly little things taking up news programs these days -- Yosemite burning, mass shootings, continuing election cycles, picketing at golf courses. Arizona's primaries are this coming Tuesday, August 2. I can hardly wait to see "Breaking News: eBay is Bad" popping up on Jake Tapper's or Joy Reid's shows. I don't know whether Sean Hannity would consider this newsworthy, though, unless he could connect it to politicians he doesn't agree with.
You're "going to get them in court[;] that's what [you] do." Rich.
All over $195.00.

"There is an actual legal complaint with the attorney general's office and they have been contacting me and gaining information."
And I think I speak for two or three others including myself who hope . . .
you will come back here and tell us just exactly how that turns out.

LOL, our friend is over on the mentor board now, perhaps the attorney general is in bed at this time of night.......
