I am now and over 2 to 3 weeks of dealing with eBay they knew right away that the address was the wrong address and did nothing about it did not notify the seller they say I put the wrong address and why would I put in Oklahoma when I live in New Mexico I put my address in I saw it somehow the computer changed it I notified the seller but they're late did not work as eBay said I was not a member so they did not accept my messages after complaining for a few days the seller got back to me said well we already shipped it I said well I tried from the moment that I put the order in to notify you and I did contact eBay in less than an hour and talk to them and they did nothing eBay ripped me off. $195 I spent for a product I never have gotten yet I have my bank reported as fraud and they are investigating I have the attorney general's office of New Mexico investigating everyone sees my point eBay is not to be trusted they're guarantee means nothing they lie they do not have a process of service to be able to contact the seller and they are responsible and they will pay one way or the other I have requested several times the legal service here in New Mexico so that I can take them to court and sue them they have not responded to me by law they must give me their legal service address and they have not replied do not trust eBay something happened with this company company. I will never ever use eBay again and I warn anybody to never use eBay they are not to be trusted.

Yikes. This is a community of eBay users, people trying to sell and buy on eBay. None of us work for eBay. Suggesting that a person -- trying to help you, I might add -- is on the side of Satan is pretty rude.
Your long messages will be easier to read when you add some breaks between paragraphs. Like I did. This can be done on a phone. I do it all the time with text messages.
Now. I see you are in New Mexico and you are trying to find out eBay's address for service of legal process.
First, as "janet9988" suggested, you really should read the eBay User Agreement. You can find a link to it at the bottom of this page. See the words User Agreement that are underlined? Click anywhere within those two words. You will see the list of topics in this Agreement. Scroll down to Item 18, Legal Disputes. Click on that hyperlink.
It seems, from things you've stated in your posts today, that you have some experience with law. So you may have read laws, statutes, and legal agreements before. My opinion is that eBay's User Agreement on Legal Disputes is very clear and very understandable. It is pretty long, but it's easy to read.
Here's the thing: When you transact business on eBay, you are deemed to have accepted the User Agreement.
And this User Agreement says all disputes "shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court." "Rather than in court" means: No Lawsuits.
But if you insist -- nobody can actually stop you from filing a lawsuit in your own residence jurisdiction. That is a right we all still have as citizens. Since you appear to have some legal experience, I feel kind of stupid for suggesting this because I am sure you already know it. But, you can look up information on any corporations conducting business in your state, New Mexico, by contacting the Secretary of State. You can do that online nowadays.
I took the liberty of doing this for you. I simply googled New Mexico Secretary of State. Here's what I found: eBay's agent for service of legal process in New Mexico is CT Corporation Systems, located at 206 S Coronado Ave., Espanola, NM 87532.
I sincerely hope you are able to get some resolution and understanding.

Wow, Op, strange case. Ive been buying and selling here for twenty three years and have never heard of a buyers address being changed like that. The seller can only ship to the designated address on the check out page.

I would think, if the op really had all the court experience that he claims, he would have known how to look up Ebays legal agent in NM.

Is the zipcode correct on the address?
Your purchase will be sorted for the zipcode, not the written/printed part of the address.
No one is likely to see the OK/NM error until it gets to the PO associated with the zipcode.
At which point it will be sorted by postal walk.
Interestingly, postal carriers usually can read. It's practically a job requirement.
So the carrier looks at the address.
RIOB81
123 Any Street.
Anytown OK 87503
And delivers it to your NM address.

You're wrong just because you work for eBay and trying to cover this up you're on the side of Satan in this one brother.
Folks beware eBay is a fraudulent transaction.
You sent your shipment to the wrong address. You screwed up. You are blaming eBay.
You will never take responsibility for your own actions. Tough way to live.

ROTF if you think eBay should know your shipping address shown to you BEFORE you paid was not your address. Your PRIMARY address is not the shipping address.
If someone jacked your account, just say that's what happened, and changed your shipping address it's on you to look at the shipping address before you pay. Never in a million years will you convince anyone in here that eBay changed the address after you paid. Ain't gonna happen. You caught it after you paid, and that's on you.

It sounds like in the drop down menu to input the state, the op accidentally clicked on Oklahoma, instead of New Mexico. They are probably right next to each other in the menu.

@dolcetreasures wrote:What other website, especially the size and scope of eBay allows the buyer to input incorrect or non-existing addresses? The IT at eBay is the worst in the business. Yes the buyer made a mistake, but had eBay used the address finder matrix as EVERY other platform uses, it would be very difficult to input nonexistent addresses. This company doesn’t set the seller or even the buyer up for success.
Umm, every e-commerce website I've ever encountered will allow you to input whatever address you want. Yes, even Amazon will allow you to. They have no way of knowing if the address you input is incorrect. They just assume you have sense enough to know if the address is correct. Just like eBay assumes you'll check the shipping address on the checkout screen to verify it's correct.

Ummm, no. I don’t know where you are shopping but nearly every website and online retailer uses a active matrix database of addresses. It should be nearly impossible to input a non-existing address.
With regards to mismatched info within the address block, if the buyer lists a zip code outside of the state the buyer selected, there should be an error message that pops up, like it does when you make purchases at any number of retailers. There is no reason a buyer should be able to EVER under any circumstances have a state and mismatched zip code.

So to test your theory, I just added the following address to my Amazon account:
Test Address
1245 Test Ave
Anyplace TX 75040
United States
Amazon added it with no problem. So much for your "active matrix database of addresses".

Lol, your cool, but eBay is bad. They will regret. I have started responding in news services, I'm in to wall street. Many people are going to read eBay are sisters protecting Chinese Sellers. eBay new the address was wrong and did nothing. The seller refused to except my emails. eBay so low that they now prevent my history acting like transaction never happened. I have all emails and phone records preserved. I busted the US government for fraud eBay and their Chinese counterparts don't stand a chance and I'm going to get them in court that's what I do.

If Ebay and the seller refused to help you, its because you put the OK. address on the check out page, and they could clearly see that.
