By the time I called (on the 21st , around 10AM Eastern) CS seemed to be aware of this issue. There was some difficulty making them understand that I wanted 3 uses, as the offer promised. One code was sent directly to my ebay account, about 30 minutes after my call. I used that one, but when I returned to the site about 4 hours later, no more codes. Call Number Two: I explained again, was promised 2 more codes; one arrived after a while & I used it, then.... no third code. Call Number Three: the Rep had me hold on, while he zapped the final code to my account. All 3 replacement codes were actually good on prices less than $75 & whatever item I wanted, but I'd already used the first two on $75+ purchases. In fact, I had already "bought it now" on one item, when I discovered the nonworking code. I let the seller know that I he'd definitely be paid as soon as this mess was cleared, and even if it wasn't cleared .
Anyway, problem solved with some prompting and waiting on "hold" .... By the way, the 6 people to whom I spoke were all friendly and very pleasant, as I try to be in such situations.
