E BAY needs to be held responsible for allowing its sellers To price gouge

I am absolutely disgusted and appalled at the fact that eBay is STILL continuously allowing its sellers to conduct Egregious ( price Gouging )business practices .

As a retired broadcaster and investigative reporter I am taking steps to report this to the attorney general’s office and the district attorneys office for a action I realize that it may not be done immediately But you can rest assured that it will be done! somebody will be investigating them ASAP . It is so upsetting that SOME ( not all ) of the human race is so disgusting to take it vantage of people’s Fears ! During a pandemic 
Shame on you !! And you know who you are they need to be prosecuted  PERIOD!

It is true not all states have price gouging laws however during a pandemic they are all in affect it’s a $10,000 Fine for a first offense and is punishable by prison time as well

just FYI people !! It is not only shameful it is illegal know the  law!!!

That was a joke..not everybody has a 'moral compass' as you keep mentioning. And complaining about it here is not going to give them one. Ebay is pulling these listings as fast as they can..I have reported six and all six were removed.

they need to ban new account from selling at this time, I have caught same seller using at least three different account at this time, the person create a new one after one got banned.

Taking them down does nothing ..def not complaining just keeping the convo going to bring attention to it....keep it fresh in peoples mind so they can watch and see for its self..Ebay 100% are not doing all they can......make examples of these people...thats all .and i am aware bringing up the words (moral compass) strikes nerves in some. I just want it exposes and not put under a blanket of bull**bleep** that they are doing all they can and are trying.........end their account its simple.

Great point......they know they can continue to do so because they are going to get a light warning or item taken down ......and lets not forget Ebay makes money off of these people  so its not in their strong interest to eliminate  it

Im sure you mean well, but you are beating a dead horse here. Ebay is not going to end a sellers account for one infraction..just like they dont end a buyers account for one non payment.
