Shipping with multiple listings

Hello. If the same buyer purchases from more than one listing do I need to purchase a shipping label for each listing or would let’s say those 3 listings bought would be under the same shipping label?

Changing a Buy it Now listing to an Auction Listing

Revising the listing won't allow changing the format from BIN to Auction - do I have to cancel the listings and then revise them? When is it allowed to change the listing format? Thanks
