Received package with box to hold earrings in it but no earrings in box
or package. How do you contact eBay for this kind of issue. I do not see
in help for buyers. I notified the seller. Thanks gor some guidance.
Seller advises they do not have the item purchased and asked if i wanted
to cancel. I responded yes and to provide refund. Has not responded has
not sent refund. I see no where to report this to ebay. What can be
done.
