How do I collect money to ship the product a second time?

The buyer had the wrong address on their account. I shipped the product, and it got returned to me. Buyer still wants item, but I don't know how to get the money for shipping it the second time-to the right address. I thought about shipping COD, but won't get a discount through eBay if I do.

Don't ship COD.

There are 2 options. 

1) Since you have a recent sale with this buyer, you can exchange an email for the buyer to send you the new shipping cost by PayPal.

2) Issue a partial Refund to the buyer for the Original cost minus shipping, then

- Relist the item and have the buyer purchase the item and pay shipping again.
