There’s no way to make a return. I’ve tried and spent two hours attempting to get a return label from a broken item and I’ve gotten nowhere. Email eBay mailed me a blank email with no return label.

My old email address is going away. I tried to change ebay to my new one but get a message it is already in use. It is not as far as I can see. Do have to close my current account and start over?

Closed case for item not received

I ordered for 4 items from a seller ( 2 pairs of sweatpants and 2 pairs of shorts). I only received the 2 sweatpants and only one pair of shorts. I opened a dispute and ebay closed the case in favor of the seller as they provided tracking information...
