Already had several contacts with seller. They agreed to refund if I
send a request, but when I attempt that the page will not accept my
photo and therefore will not allow me to send the request.
eBay on my computer has changed from the traditional screen to a list
without pictures which is not navigatable. How do I go back to the
traditional screen?
