invoice for combined shipping. Buyer changes the amount and pays $2 less than the invoice.

The invoice has a place to add or subtract dollar amounts. I added $2 for handling but buyer changed the invoice and paid $2 less..I think the invoice should not be able to be modified by the buyer.
