A buyer made a false claim, purchase a new item from me and claimed it was opened. I sent another item for replacement. I'm out money, product and eBay sided with the buyer. Buyer made a false claim, I did everything eBay requires me to do two decades of loyalty. I feel disappointed. 😪 Negative feedback is still there, Why can't I get a hold of anyone to help. I received an eBay email the of course sided with the buyer and the last paragraph stated I should listed item clearly. The item is brand new weighted and title, description, photos is everything that is required. Even photos sent in messages of actual item. What more can I do? Is this a lost cause? Zero protection from false negative. 😒
