I use to be able to send 12 seeds in an envelope for $1.50. I don't see that option now. What happened?

The invoice has a place to add or subtract dollar amounts. I added $2 for handling but buyer changed the invoice and paid $2 less..I think the invoice should not be able to be modified by the buyer.

The invoice won 't allow me to change the cost of the shipping. I used the calculator and got the amount but it doesn't change in the invoice.

I have deleted the photos from my computer but they are in the listing I created.
