I sold some merchandise ,the funds or on hold can the buyer withdraw the funds if they or on hood with out my consent? This was my first sale it was 2,000 sale should I have purchased a insurance for the package also?

Buyer smearing me

local pick up after sale was over.

I sold my item, the buyer was local. He asked for local pickup after the sale. We met at a mutual parking lot. I delivered the item and got a receipt and paid him back for the shipping charge. My funds are on hold. My first sale.
