Resolved! Do I need to buy ebay label for shipping my products?

Every time I make a sale, and the customer pays for the shipping, do I have to use the eBay label service? Can I go to the post office and send it myself (which could cost me less)?

Seller sent a thank you card instead of the actual item that was purchased, and upon receiving the item, I cannot contact the seller since the user no longer exists. There isn’t a straightforward way to report this issue to eBay.
