I purchased a handbag Monday contacted seller today to find out they thought they'd pulled it but in fact didn't and I bought it and only thing they said was they didn't ship. Tried to report it and was told wait until next week. What should I do?

Accepted offer but sale is still pending

I accepted an offer for an item and when I do that it normally moves to sold with payment pending. When I look under offers it says payment pending but is still listed for sale on EBay???How do I fix this???
