I accepted an offer for an item and when I do that it normally moves to sold with payment pending. When I look under offers it says payment pending but is still listed for sale on EBay???How do I fix this???

I need to enter an HS number in order to get my shipping label but have no clue how to get the HS number for the customs form completed.
