I changed my password and verified the change but when I try to login with the same password it says its incorrect and the the whole thing starts over again. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how do you fix it?

Buyer did not receive package, He gave wrong address, shipper is sending it back to me.

The seller only allows buyers to purchase 1 item every 10 days.

I keep getting this message when i try to check out. I have contacted the seller and he said he has no restriction. What can I do. I have agreed to an offer the seller sent but I can't check out.
