buyer gives wrong address

Buyer did not receive package, He gave wrong address, shipper is sending it back to me.

Once you  get the package back, if the buyer still wants the item, you can ask for his/her Paypal email address and send a Paypal invoice for the additional shipping.  You can also use Paypal to print the shipping label.  If the buyer no longer wants the item, you can refund item price only.
