checking out

I enter to pay and it gives me "I have to verify that you are human" I hit the cells I am suppose to and it just shows me the same thing again. I have tried over 20 times proving to them that I am human to no avail.

Blocked buyer list NOT FUNCTIONING

My Blocked buyer list is not allowing me to add more people. Its not saving new additions. I don't have many blocks, only about 20. Any ideas?

Item has not shipped

It has been a week and it has not shipped. Seller did not respond to my message asking if there was a problem. Is there anything I can do? Is there a time before it must be shipped?

Carrier lost delivery

I have the tracking number to prove the item was delivered on time, and to the correct address. Customer states that it was never delivered. Who's responsibility is it to make a claim with USPS?

Best offer missing from my auction.

I have an auction up and purposely enabled the “best offer” option. So far there is one bid, however the tab isn’t available for my customers to send offers now. Does anyone have any insight? Thanks so much!!

I can't get my photo to load on the return page... contacted seller (photo did load on that page) but seller wants me to use the ebay return option, but it won't accept any photos and so won't let me return my defective item....please help!
