I want to turn Volume Pricing off

I want to turn Volume Pricing off. I didn't turn it on and it now appears on all my items with qty of more than one. It is not turn on where I list a new item. It must be turned on at a higher level.

See if you can find Volume pricing in your "Discounts" area here:

You can end the discount there.
