Order cancellations

I received notification of a sale and pretty much immediately cancelled the order but states still wants the speaker but realized his/her address had not been updated on eBay and asks me to send it to an address they listed. I looked up address and it is a residential address but I don’t feel good about this for some reason. Why not just message me asking to send to that address and not cancel order?? Seems like a scam to me.  Just wanted to throw this out there for anyone who can give me their thoughts on this. Thanks

You are required to ship to the buyer's shipping address Ebay provided, so you will need to cancel the transaction. Never ship to a different address otherwise you could face an Item Not Received dispute.

When you relist the item, the buyer can re-purchase it with the correct shipping address.
