I won an item thru eBay for a very low price, now the seller has cancelled my order, stating damage, seller’s should not list items if they don’t want to sell them!

Hi, is there anyway I can cancel an order as a seller after it was sold and buyer paid. Not yet shipped.I simply ended up with less than half the price of the cost of the item, the item is an “open box” condition. Please who can help me?
