I recently changed my password and I got an e-mail saying that someone across the country has logged on to my account. I need to close the account and I need help. Please im only a kid who just wanted to look at some things.

Are you using a VPN or hotspot, or Starlink? Any of those can affect the location seen in the message you received. The location information comes from the network used when signing in.

If you have not already done so since receiving that message, try changing your password again.
