I never received an item - it’s paid for but over 30days - any ideas how I can get my money back?

Promo code didn’t work

I purchased a laptop using the Labor Day code but when the payment was made the code wasn’t applied. I’d like to find out who to talk to to get my discount instead of canceling and remaking my order.

Ebay will not help me because I closed a return in error and need to file a claim with the seller
