I am no longer able to contact sellers via the eBay system. It appears that they have updated/changed it, and I am no longer able to compose a message in the area to do so. Please help.

Resolved! Changing from Ground Advantage to First Class

I sold an item and the buyer chose first class letter for shipping. That is what she paid for. When I try to print a label it lists Ground Advantage and I can't find first class anywhere.
