I sold an item and the buyer chose first class letter for shipping. That
is what she paid for. When I try to print a label it lists Ground
Advantage and I can't find first class anywhere.
After I sent out an invoice to the winner he sent a message saying that
someone else must have used his account. He said that he didn't place
the bid and wants me to relist it. Is that possible? Will they let him
retract the bid for that reason?
