Resolve a request that automatically closed and I still haven't received my item

I purchased this item and never got it. I contacted the seller, waited some more, and still nothing. I opened request number *****, waited some more, then the request automatically closed.

How do I resolve this? I either want my item or my money back. Thanks.

You waited too long.

You needed to return to your Refund Request and asked Ebay to step in to help you. Since you let the Refund Request expire, you will need to use other methods to obtain your refund.

If you used Paypal to process your payment, you can open a dispute in the Paypal Resolution Center within 180 days of the payment date.

If you did not use Paypal, you can contact the funding source you used to pay for your item.
