Seller Cancel Order

Buyer request a cancelation and I had my wife take care of the notification to accept. However, she accidentally denied the cancelation. How can I fix this to cancel the buys order?

Refund on postage

If the tracking shows the item was shipped, but lost in transit and I refunded the buyer, can I get the postage refunded from the post offfice.
