Hello,
Okay I was placing a bid for an item that the Seller has a two strike policy. I never incurred the strikes and Ebay is in error. How do I get this corrected? In addition, I never received an email that the strikes were incurred or how to fix the error.
Can someone help?
Thanks

@jaeic-26. You can contact the seller and ask to be placed on their exemption list. This is probably your best option.
You can also try contacting ebay customer service.
If you would like to contact customer service here are the two ways to do so. You have to let customer service call you back if you choose that option as they are working from home.
You can select the option to have eBay call you or chat from the left hand side of the screen. If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media.

If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back
2. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
