Buyer wants me to send his item to an address not the same as the one on his account, is this OK to do?

The seller sends me the faulty item. I open the return and the seller did not want to send me the return label. Now I have to send it back to China and spend 30 min looking to text customer service to step in - still can't find it. Please help
Authenticating sneakers
Hi guys my sneakers were returned from the authentic store, but I haven’t even shipped them yet? Has anyone else run into this issue? Have been selling on eBay for a while now and have not run into the issue.
problems with paying options
Had account suspended for some reason right in the middle of trying to pay for several lots of merchandise...never told why! Now, have been reinstated,can bid,look, but cannot pay. Payment page says "choose payment option", then erases all data saved...
