I cant ask ebay to step in. Please help

The seller sends me the faulty item. I open the return and the seller did not want to send me the return label. Now I have to send it back to China and spend 30 min looking to text customer service to step in - still can't find it. Please help

Go back to your Return Request and if it has been 3 days since the seller refused to send you the label, you can click on the link within the Request to ask Ebay to step in to help you.

The seller accepts a return but says that he can't provide a label.  There is no link to request to ask eBay to step in. - please help me

When did you open the Return - the seller has 3 business days to resolve, weekends don't count.

The option to ask eBay to step in should show after that.
