I shipped a large box to the buyer.It arrived at their local post office a week ago but the buyer has not picked it up. Tracking says they have 5 more days to pick it up. Than what? It gets returned to me and I have to refund their money?

voided shipping label payment

My payment for a shipping label that I voided on 12-18-21 is on Hold because I have not supplies a SS number. I do not plan on selling on ebay any longer because of the new tax laws. How Can I get back the $8.49 that they owe me.
