Item I received in November

I keep getting a shipping notice update which are now being emailed to me daily but I received the item in November and the tracking shows delivered How can I stop these emails?

Buyer received item broken. I do not want it back but want to send refund. It doesn't have "damaged in shipping" as an option for refund. It was insured through USPS so do I (seller) have to contact them for any reimbursements?
