Feel it is unethical to say that items can be returned and then expect them to be returned to China!

I ordered a pantsuit specifically because it said that returns could be made. Despite the fact that the pants came from a warehouse with a US address, they say that the item must be returned to China! They know darn well that this is cost prohibitive...

Help with return for seller and buyer

Item was returned to wrong address that eBay provided to buyer. The address was old and was not the primary address nor the address the item was shipped from. Now the item is in wrong location as a return. Cannot complete refund process for buyer.
