eBay gave me no help in my claim against seller. order nov 25 only 1/2 of my order arrive. sent mess

sent seller a message on jan 13 &19 no reply. file dispute jan 25 with eBay still no answer. file dispute with credit card feb 9 2023. then eBay cancel my dispute and told cc company i had not file in timely manor. no help from eBay ??
