Unrecognized charge by eBay, but they claim that it is from USPS!

eBay charged my bank account (not the credit card) for an unknown fee. The balance in my bank account was lower than the amount, so the bank charged me additional fees. When I contacted eBay, they claimed that it was USPS who charged me! I have never...

It says that the item that couldn’t process my payment, but they took the money out of my account.
