I purchased an item on eBay. The seller sent me the incorrect item. I
now have an eBay return order but the seller has messaged me to say they
will not pay for the return freight cost. What can I do?
Thanks for your reply. I did go back to the return order form, but it
won’t allow me to ask eBay to step in as it says I have the outstanding
return order in place already.
