Every time it says I'm winning an item, I don't! I never win, something happens and it sucks !

This is sooooo frustrating! It counts down to 2 seconds and still says I'm winning an item and then it says oh you didn't win ???? This is ridiculous! I don't even want to buy anything else from eBay it sucks it's not the first time this has happened...
