I have paid for my purchases. I try to pay immediately. I have had
sellers cancel my puchase with no explanation. Now what are you going to

Ebay you sent me the same message 3 or 4 weeks ago saying basically the
same thing. I appealed and the next day I could bid. Since then I have
purchased over $400 in merchandise. And now I can't bid. I buy, I pay.
Something is wrong. Figure it out.
I received a refund on three purchases due to seller cancellation(?) I
received partial refund s also. Yesterday I want to see a list of what i
did not pay for. That upsets me. You upset me for accusing me.
I buy a lot of items off of ebay. I spend a lot of money. What ever i
did not pay for were items i never received but did receive refunds. You
guy did this to me 4 months ago. I pay or i would not bid!
