I have tried to contact various sellers today,all I get is a blank screen after I hit the "contact seller" button.any ideas? thank you.

the way I normally sell an item is I look up an identical or similar item and hit the sell button then edit the info it seems so much easier than starting the template from scratch so to speak.where's the sell button? am I missing it?
