I can't bid

I wanted to buy a phone that was on bid.

But the system does not allow me to bid.

I guess I have a limitation.

Where can I see why couldn't I bid?

What error message are you getting when you try, or if no error message what circumstances lead you to your conclusion that you are unable to bid:  what page are you on, what blanks do you fill and what links do you click, what happens next vs. what did you expect to happen?
