For some reason the selling tool decided my item weighs 1 lb. It weighs 1lb, 2oz. So I tried to void the incorrect label and repurchase one at the correct weight rather than have to stand in line at the PO. Apparently that's a task to large for eBay and USPS to manage.
So then I thought, well, unvoid the label? That's a no-go, too.
Can I repurchase a label through eBay without having to stand in line at the post office?
Can I send a package with a voided label?
Can I just slap a couple dollars with of postage stamps on the label I already have?
How hard could this be, seriously?

Go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the Order. Click the down-arrow. Select VOID label. You have 28 days from the date you printed the label in order to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
Now you can use the PRINT ANOTHER LABEL and this time change the dimensions of the package and/or weight as needed. Since weights greater than 1 pound are charged in 1 pound increments, for a package that is 1 pound 2 ounces, you can enter 2 pounds.

Yes, I see that I had to click on a hyperlink that reads"My package is above the size limit" when I went to reprint the label. I didn't think to click on that because my package isn't above the size limit, I just needed to add two ounces. Perhaps they need to change the wording to "Change weight/dimensions".
Thanks!
