The seller has relisted the exact item they apparently already shipped to me

I won this item via making an offer.  And they have it marked as shipped with a tracking number (arrvies in a couple of days).   Now the seller has the same item listed (it's clearly the same images of a damaged box).  So what is showing up in the mail?  I feel like I'm about to get scammed or the next person is.

Many sellers have multiples of the same item, and instead of creating a new listing, they will simply relist a previously sold listing.  If the duplicate listing is in a different condition than the original listing, the new buyer may file an Item Not as Described case.
