Payments on hold

The status of all my order payments are On hold without any reason .I am not a new a seller ,i have not INR cases and i am a top rated seller in 3 regions . I can not sell without a receiving payments .Why ebay do that? I need a help from moderator.

Ebays new funds on hold policy

ebay's new policy on holding funds for up to 72 hours AFTER an item has been delivered is outrageous. They will lose thousands of sellers because of this . This is just a way to make interest on hard earned sellers money.

No payout since Friday
