Literally have international sales disabled. Yet ebay allows them to make a purchase and have me ship to a US address, without any way for me to know or disable it, and then charges me a fee for it. This is fraud

maxed out at 5k cards....their support page says the limit is 1k and looks like it hasn't been updated in years (still says label for envelopes for cards under $20 cost .63 when they have been .69 for awhile now)
