If they didn't send back the correct item and indeed pulled a
switcheroo, I would contact customer service or ebay for business.
Sometimes they will refund the buyer which is crazy and you can keep
your money. Regardless, report the buyer like others...
I will try customer service again soon because I'm still at 8 hours
every listing for the last 38 days. I'm watching my performance data and
it does show a steady decline in impressions and page views and two days
ago they fell off the cliff down 43%...
